Includes telephone triage (approximately 10 minutes), pool session and poolside assessment with a physiotherapist (25 Minutes).
Follow up - £55
25 minute session with a physiotherapist in the pool
Small group - £28
25 minute session, 2-3 clients
Individual programmes with close support of a physioGroup - £80

An initial session needs to be completed first. We recommend a follow up session to go through personalised exercise sheets before starting self- led. You can arrange further follow up sessions with a physiotherapist to progress exercises as you feel appropriate. All equipment is provided.
